Version: 1.0 Effective Date: July 27, 2026 Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Revision History

VersionDateSummary
1.0July 27, 2026Launch version — GunClub.Social Terms of Service and incorporated policy suite.

By creating an account, accessing, or using GunClub.Social, you agree to these Terms of Service and the user conduct policies and program-specific rules that apply to your use as identified in Section 17. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Platform Identity and Scope

1.1 About GunClub.Social

GunClub.Social (“GCS,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private, age-restricted online platform for lawful firearms-related speech, community, media, education, and brand activity. GCS is operated by Intent Media Group Incorporated (“Company”), a Nevada Corporation.

1.1A Commerce Model

GCS does not operate a marketplace and does not directly sell, transfer, or broker firearms, ammunition, or accessories. All product commerce on GCS is conducted by independent third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners through banner advertisements and outbound links that direct users to the third party’s own website for purchase. The only products sold directly by GCS are GCS-branded apparel and merchandise. When a user clicks a banner ad or affiliate link, the user leaves the GCS platform and enters a transaction solely between the user and the third-party merchant. GCS is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, any third-party transaction (see Section 7 and the Firearms Commerce Policy).

1.2 Private Platform; Not a Public Forum

GCS is not a government entity, public forum, public utility, or common carrier. GCS is not obligated to host, transmit, display, or provide access to any particular content, user, advertiser, or viewpoint. Access to GCS is a conditional, revocable privilege granted under these Terms.

1.3 Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “TOS”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and the Company. By creating an account, accessing, or using GCS in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable user conduct policies and program-specific rules identified in Section 17.

1.4 Consent to Electronic Communications; Email and Text Messaging

(a) Electronic Delivery (E-SIGN Consent). By creating an account, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other records relating to GCS (collectively, “Communications”) electronically, including by email, in-app notification, push notification, SMS/MMS text message, or posting on the Platform. Electronic Communications have the same legal effect as paper communications. You may withdraw consent to electronic delivery by closing your account. To access Communications you must maintain a current email address, compatible hardware and software, and internet access.

(b) Email Communications. By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional, service, security, and account-related emails, and you agree to receive marketing, promotional, community, and partner emails from GCS unless and until you opt out. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link contained in each such email or through your account settings. Transactional and service emails (e.g., security alerts, Terms updates, verification notices) are integral to the Platform and will continue while your account remains active.

(c) Text Messaging (SMS/MMS). If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box presented at registration or in settings, you expressly consent in writing to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from GCS and its service providers at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase or of use of the Platform. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and agree to promptly notify GCS if you change or relinquish that number.

(d) Records of Consent. GCS maintains records of your communications consents, including the date, time, method, and scope of consent, and honors opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and analogous state statutes.

2. Editorial Discretion and Content Moderation

2.1 Broad Moderation Authority

GCS reserves the sole and absolute right to remove, restrict, limit, reduce the reach of, label, flag, age-gate, blur, disable comments on, demonetize, de-index, or refuse any content, account, advertisement, or activity for any reason related to these Terms, safety, legality, platform integrity, reputation, or business judgment; to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where safety, legal compliance, or abuse risk is involved; and to control feeds, rankings, recommendations, search results, discoverability, monetization eligibility, verification status, badges, and algorithmic distribution at our discretion.

2.2 Editorial Judgment Is Protected Expression

GCS’s decisions about what content to host, decline, arrange, rank, recommend, label, age-gate, or remove — including decisions assisted by automated systems — are exercises of GCS’s editorial discretion to the fullest extent recognized by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is a promise of neutrality, equal or nondiscriminatory distribution, guaranteed reach, “must-carry” access, or public-forum status.

2.3 Moderation Methods

Moderation may be performed by humans, automated systems, third-party vendors, artificial intelligence, community reports, or any combination thereof (see Section 22). GCS is not required to disclose specific moderation methods, thresholds, or algorithms, except as required by applicable law.

2.4 No Obligation of Uniformity

Enforcement actions taken against one user do not create precedent, obligation, or expectation for how GCS will address any other user, content, or situation. GCS may exercise its moderation discretion differently based on context, severity, history, and other factors.

2.5 No Prior Restraint Obligation

GCS is not required to pre-screen all content but reserves the right to do so. GCS may act on content before or after publication, proactively or in response to reports.

2.6 Section 230 Preservation

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an undertaking by GCS to monitor or remove any content, or as a waiver of any immunity, protection, limitation of liability, or defense that may be available to GCS under 47 U.S.C. § 230 or other applicable law.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

3.1 Minimum Age

GCS is available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By creating an account or using GCS, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are at least 18 years of age;

(b) You are legally permitted to access firearms-related content in your jurisdiction;

(c) You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

(d) You are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing or using the Platform.

3.2 Continuing Representation

Your age and eligibility representations are continuing obligations. If any representation becomes untrue, you must immediately stop using GCS and notify us.

3.3 Prohibition on Minor Access

You agree not to create or maintain an account for any person under 18; share your account credentials with any person under 18; allow, facilitate, or assist any person under 18 in accessing GCS; or circumvent or help anyone circumvent age restrictions or verification requirements.

3.4 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notify GCS of any unauthorized use.

3.5 Affirmative Age Attestation and Records

Account creation requires an affirmative age and eligibility attestation, such as a required checkbox or equivalent affirmative act. GCS may maintain records reasonably designed to document the attestation and the version of these Terms accepted, together with technical records where appropriate. Misrepresentation of age or eligibility is a material breach and may result in restriction or termination of the account and other remedies permitted by law. Creator balances, if any, remain governed by the applicable Creator Monetization Rules and program-specific terms. GCS may rely in good faith on user attestations and verification results when enforcing age restrictions and documenting compliance efforts.

4. Age Verification and Identity Assurance

4.1 Right to Require Verification

GCS may require age and/or identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: before or during account registration; before accessing certain content, features, or areas of the Platform; before making purchases or engaging in commerce; before participating in creator monetization programs; before accessing direct messaging or private communication features; when suspicious activity, age inconsistency, or fraud indicators are detected; and at periodic intervals for re-verification.

4.2 Verification Methods

GCS may use any combination of the following verification methods, directly or through third-party vendors: government-issued identification document review; selfie or liveness detection comparison; database and public records checks; payment card or financial instrument signals; third-party age estimation technology; knowledge-based verification; and other commercially available age-assurance methods.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure, refusal, or inability to complete verification when required may result in restricted access to features, content, or areas of GCS; suspension or termination of your account; or denial of registration. GCS is not liable for any loss of access resulting from verification requirements.

4.4 Re-Verification

GCS may require re-verification at any time and for any reason, including changes in law, platform policy, account activity patterns, or risk assessment.

4.5 Verification Data

The collection, use, and handling of verification data is governed by our Age Verification & Identity Policy and Privacy Policy.

4A. Usernames, Handles, and Account Identifiers

4A.1 No Ownership in Identifiers

Usernames, handles, display names, vanity URLs, badges, and other account identifiers (collectively, “Identifiers”) are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for use solely on the Platform. You acquire no ownership, property, or proprietary interest in any Identifier, regardless of duration of use, follower count, verification status, or commercial activity associated with the account.

4A.2 Right to Reclaim, Reassign, or Modify

GCS reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, with or without notice, to reclaim, reassign, modify, suspend, or require you to change any Identifier, including without limitation where the Identifier: (a) infringes or is alleged to infringe a trademark, trade name, or right of publicity; (b) impersonates or misleadingly suggests affiliation with any person, brand, government entity, or GCS itself; (c) is offensive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms or the Community Guidelines; (d) is associated with an account that has been inactive for a period determined by GCS; (e) is needed for platform integrity, verification programs, brand partnerships, or namespace management; or (f) for any other legitimate business reason. Where practicable, GCS will offer an alternative Identifier, but is not obligated to do so.

4A.3 No Sale or Transfer of Identifiers

You may not sell, purchase, rent, lease, auction, barter, or otherwise transfer any Identifier or account, or solicit or facilitate any of the foregoing. Any attempted transfer is void and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4A.4 Verification Marks and Badges

All verification marks, badges, and status indicators are the property of GCS, are granted and revoked at GCS’s sole discretion, and confer no rights or entitlements.

4B. Account Closure, Termination, and Account Lifecycle

4B.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account through available account controls or by contacting GCS. Closing an account may disable access immediately or after reasonable processing.

4B.2 Effect on Content and Communications

Account closure or termination does not necessarily remove all content from all locations. Comments, replies, messages delivered to other users, records needed to preserve conversation context, content retained by other users, and information retained for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, backup, or dispute purposes may remain for a period permitted by applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

4B.3 Communities, Groups, and Business Listings

If you administer a Community, Group, or claimed Business Listing, GCS may reassign, suspend, or remove your administrative control following account closure, inactivity, loss of authority, or termination.

4B.4 Creator Balances and Paid Programs

Closure or termination may end future monetization eligibility. Legitimately earned and undisputed creator amounts remain subject to the applicable Creator Monetization Rules, program-specific terms, fraud review, payment thresholds, lawful offsets, and legal withholding requirements.

4B.5 Inactive Accounts and Ban Evasion

GCS may close or reclaim identifiers associated with accounts that remain inactive for a period determined by GCS, subject to applicable law and policy. Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may not evade enforcement by creating or controlling replacement accounts without GCS authorization.

4B.6 No Restoration Guarantee

GCS does not guarantee that closed accounts, deleted content, identifiers, settings, follower relationships, or other account data can be restored.

5. Firearms-Specific Lawful Use

5.1 Legal Compliance

All user activity on GCS must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to: federal firearms laws (18 U.S.C. Chapter 44; 26 U.S.C. Chapter 53); Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) rules and guidance; state and local firearms laws applicable to the user’s jurisdiction; export control and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR); and all applicable licensing, permitting, and registration requirements.

5.2 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their possession, advertising, offers, training, shipping, transfers, manufacturing, modifications, or any other firearms-related activity is lawful in all applicable jurisdictions. GCS does not provide legal advice, compliance guidance, or legal determinations regarding any user’s firearms-related activities.

5.3 FFL and Licensing Compliance

Users whose activities require a federal firearms license or other authorization under applicable federal, state, local, tribal, or other law must hold all required licenses and comply with all associated requirements, including any applicable background-check, transfer, and record-keeping obligations. GCS is not responsible for determining whether a user’s activity triggers dealer status, and reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with unlicensed dealing and to cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Content

6.1 Permitted Content

GCS welcomes lawful content related to: firearms discussion, reviews, comparisons, and opinions; shooting sports, competitions, and range activities; hunting, harvesting, field dressing, processing, outdoor recreation, and wildlife management (see Section 6B); firearms safety education and training; historical firearms content, collecting, and restoration; self-defense education and discussion; lawful brand marketing and product information; gun club, range, and event promotion; lawful accessories, gear, and equipment content; firearms-related craftsmanship, gunsmithing, and custom work (where lawful); Second Amendment discussion and advocacy; and military and law enforcement content (within legal bounds).

6.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on GCS:

Unlawful Commerce:

  • Unlawful sale, transfer, or facilitation of firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories;

  • Peer-to-peer solicitation, negotiation, or arrangement of firearm, ammunition, or regulated-item transactions on the Platform. Approved third-party commercial referrals operate as described in Section 7 and the Firearms Commerce Policy;

  • Straw purchases or facilitating straw purchases;

  • Evasion of background-check, licensing, or transfer requirements;

  • Transactions involving prohibited persons (as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 922(g));

  • Cross-border sales or transfers in violation of export controls;

  • Serial number removal, alteration, or obliteration;

  • Sale or transfer of stolen firearms or goods;

  • Unlicensed dealing activity that triggers FFL requirements.

Violence and Threats:

  • Credible threats of violence against any person or group;

  • Content promoting, glorifying, or inciting terrorism or extremist violence;

  • Instructions or guidance intended to facilitate the commission of violent crimes;

  • Content celebrating mass casualty events or their perpetrators.

Harm to Minors:

  • Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM);

  • Grooming, predatory behavior, or solicitation of minors;

  • Content designed to recruit, target, or involve minors in unlawful or unsafe firearms activity;

  • Any activity directed at circumventing age restrictions to expose minors to the Platform.

Other Prohibited Conduct:

  • Doxxing, stalking, harassment, or intimidation;

  • Impersonation of other users, public figures, or GCS personnel;

  • Self-harm or suicide encouragement;

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes;

  • Malware distribution or unauthorized access to systems;

  • Spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, foreign influence operations, or platform manipulation;

  • Genuine animal cruelty, obscene “animal crush” content prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 48, or gratuitous cruelty unrelated to lawful hunting, harvest, pest/predator control, or food preparation (see Section 6B);

  • Content that violates applicable law.

For detailed content rules, see our Community Guidelines and Firearms Commerce / Regulated Goods Policy.

6.3 Nothing here is professional or legal advice; see Section 13.

6A. Community Conduct and Positive Community Presence

6A.1 Affirmative Conduct Obligation

GCS is a purpose-built community, not a general-purpose speech platform. As a condition of membership, you agree to maintain a positive, respectful, and constructive community presence, including engaging with other users in good faith; promoting and modeling safe and lawful firearms practices; refraining from personal attacks, sustained hostility, dogpiling, brigading, or bad-faith engagement; and contributing to a community environment consistent with GCS’s mission and brand values.

6A.2 Community Presence as a Platform Factor

You acknowledge and agree that GCS may consider your overall community presence and conduct history — in addition to individual content decisions — in determining eligibility for features, reach, discoverability, verification, creator monetization, events, and partner programs. A pattern of negative, hostile, or bad-faith conduct may result in enforcement action under Section 12 even where no single item of content, standing alone, violates Section 6.2.

6A.3 No Guaranteed Distribution

Compliance with this Section does not entitle any user to any particular level of reach, ranking, monetization, or feature access, all of which remain within GCS’s sole discretion under Section 2.

6B. Graphic Content — Hunting, Harvest, and Field Content

6B.1 Lawful Hunting and Harvest Content

GCS expressly permits lawful content depicting hunting, fishing, trapping, harvesting, field dressing, skinning, butchering, meat processing, taxidermy preparation, wildlife management, pest or predator control, agriculture, and related food-preparation activity, including ordinary depictions of blood, wounds, carcasses, or animal death inherent to those lawful activities. Such content is not prohibited merely because it is graphic.

6B.2 Prohibited Cruelty

This permission does not extend to unlawful animal cruelty, animal fighting, poaching, staged cruelty, intentional torture for entertainment, obscene animal-crush content prohibited by applicable law, or other unlawful conduct.

6B.3 Labels and Distribution Controls

GCS may require creators to label graphic material and may apply sensitivity warnings, interstitials, blurring, muted autoplay, age or verification gates, distribution limits, or other moderation measures based on context, user experience, safety, applicable law, or third-party distribution requirements.

6B.4 Context and Editorial Discretion

GCS may consider whether content documents lawful activity and whether it has educational, sporting, historical, documentary, conservation, agricultural, or food-preparation context. Nothing in this Section limits GCS’s editorial discretion under Section 2 or permits content otherwise prohibited by these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

6C. Communities, Groups, and Administration

6C.1 Platform Features

GCS may provide user-created Groups and official, verified, partner, sponsored, or organization-affiliated Communities. Detailed administration rules are set forth in the Community and Group Administration Policy.

6C.2 Platform Identifiers and Control

Community and Group names, handles, URLs, badges, and other Platform identifiers are licensed for use on GCS and do not create ownership rights in Platform identifiers. GCS may resolve competing administration claims and may add, remove, replace, or reassign administrators where reasonably necessary for organization authorization, inactivity, disputes, platform integrity, legal compliance, or enforcement.

6C.3 Independent Administrators

Community administrators and moderators are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of GCS merely because they administer or moderate a Community or Group. Community-specific rules may be stricter than GCS-wide rules but may not override these Terms or other applicable GCS policies. GCS retains ultimate platform and moderation authority.

6C.4 No Endorsement or Guaranteed Performance

An Official, Verified, Partner, or similar designation does not mean that GCS endorses every statement, product, position, or activity of the organization. GCS does not guarantee Community membership, growth, reach, engagement, analytics, or continued availability.

6D. Messaging and Transaction Circumvention

Users may not use posts, comments, profiles, Communities, Groups, direct messages, contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, external messaging handles, QR codes, coded language, or other Platform features for the purpose of offering, soliciting, negotiating, arranging, brokering, or facilitating a peer-to-peer transaction that GCS prohibits from being arranged through the Platform. This provision does not prohibit ordinary lawful social interaction, product discussion, retailer recommendations, or approved third-party advertising and affiliate referrals.

7. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Paid Promotion

7.1 Separation of Content and Advertising

GCS maintains separate rules for organic user content and paid advertising/sponsored content. Compliance with organic content rules does not automatically qualify content for paid promotion.

7.2 Third-Party Banner Ads and Affiliate Links

GCS displays banner advertisements and affiliate links from third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners. When a user clicks a banner ad or affiliate link: the user is redirected to the third party’s website to browse, purchase, or transact; the transaction occurs entirely between the user and the third-party merchant; GCS may earn an affiliate commission or advertising fee from the third party; GCS does not process payments, handle shipping, manage returns, or provide warranties for any third-party product or service; and GCS does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of third-party product claims, pricing, availability, or legal compliance. Users acknowledge that third-party websites are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, and GCS is not responsible for the content, conduct, or data practices of any third party.

7.3 Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers, sponsors, and affiliate partners must comply with the Advertising Standards in addition to these Terms; ensure all advertising complies with applicable federal, state, and local advertising laws; provide accurate representations regarding licensing, product legality, and geographic availability; implement geographic targeting restrictions as required by law and GCS policy; comply with age-gating requirements for all firearms, ammunition, and related product advertising; and maintain responsibility for all claims, offers, and transactions resulting from their advertisements.

7.4 Approval and Rejection Rights

GCS reserves the right to approve, reject, remove, or modify any advertisement, banner ad, affiliate link, sponsorship, or paid promotion for any reason, including legal risk, reputational concerns, policy compliance, or business judgment — even when the underlying product or service is lawful.

7.5 GCS-Branded Merchandise

GCS may sell GCS-branded apparel and merchandise directly to users. Such transactions are governed by standard e-commerce terms and applicable consumer-protection laws. This is the only category of direct sales conducted by GCS.

7.6 Creator Monetization

Creators participating in GCS monetization programs must comply with the Creator Monetization Rules in addition to these Terms.

7A. Directory, Business Listings, Maps, and Location Services

7A.1 Directory and Listing Information

GCS may provide directories and Business Listings for ranges, retailers, outfitters, clubs, organizations, service providers, and other third parties. Information may come from public, licensed, third-party, user-submitted, or business-submitted sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Inclusion is not an endorsement.

7A.2 Claimed Listings

GCS may allow authorized representatives to claim eligible Business Listings. A claimant represents that they have authority to act for the applicable business or organization. GCS may request proof, resolve competing claims, revoke or transfer control, and correct or remove information where appropriate.

7A.3 No Business Guarantee

GCS does not independently guarantee a listed party’s licensing, hours, inventory, pricing, services, qualifications, safety, availability, or legal compliance.

7A.4 Maps and Trip Planning

Maps, directions, hunting seasons, regulations, licensing information, land-access information, property boundaries, road conditions, range information, and other trip-planning materials are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Users must independently verify important legal, geographic, safety, and operational information with appropriate authoritative sources before relying on it.

7B. Optional Paid Features and Supplemental Agreements

GCS may offer optional paid features or services if and when made available, subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase or enrollment. A separately executed written agreement governing a specific advertising campaign, sponsorship, Community partnership, creator program, business relationship, paid service, or other commercial arrangement controls over these Terms only to the extent of a direct conflict concerning that specific subject matter.

7C. Platform and Distribution Variations

Certain features, advertisements, content, links, affiliate functionality, or services may vary by device, application version, distribution channel, jurisdiction, product category, applicable law, third-party platform requirements, or GCS policy. Approval or availability in one version of GCS does not guarantee identical availability or functionality in every other version.

8. Safety and Protection of Minors

8.1 Prohibited Safety Violations

GCS strictly prohibits sexual exploitation, grooming, or trafficking of any person; coercion, blackmail, or extortion; doxxing; stalking or persistent unwanted contact; threats of physical harm; encouragement of self-harm or suicide; and predatory conduct of any kind.

8.2 Minors Protection

Although GCS is an 18+ platform, we maintain active protections against minor access, including age verification and assurance measures (Section 4); monitoring for indicators of underage access; immediate response to reports of minor presence on the Platform; and cooperation with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

8.3 Emergency Intervention

GCS reserves the right to take immediate action to protect any person from imminent harm; report threats, illegal activity, or safety concerns to law enforcement; preserve and disclose information in emergency situations involving danger of death or serious physical injury; and cooperate with law enforcement investigations without prior notice to affected users where legally permitted.

9. Privacy and Age-Verification Data

9.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy also describes rights available under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (see Section 21.3).

9.2 Verification Data

Age and identity verification may require the collection of sensitive personal information. Our handling of verification data — what is collected, third-party processors involved, retention periods and deletion timelines, fraud-prevention and legal-compliance uses, and legal disclosure circumstances — is detailed in our Age Verification & Identity Policy and Privacy Policy.

9.3 Data Minimization

GCS endeavors to limit the collection and retention of verification data to what is reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, and dispute resolution.

10. Minor Access and COPPA Compliance

10.1 Not Intended for Minors

GCS is an 18+ platform and is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18). GCS does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to maintain accounts.

10.2 Children Under 13

GCS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If GCS learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, GCS will take appropriate steps to delete the information as required by applicable law and terminate or restrict the associated account.

10.3 Reports of Underage Access

Parents, guardians, and other users who believe a minor has accessed GCS may report the account through accounts@intentmediagroup.com. GCS may investigate and take appropriate action, including restriction, verification, or termination.

11. User Content License and Intellectual Property

11.1 User Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on GCS (“User Content”), subject to the license granted below.

11.2 License to GCS

By posting User Content on GCS, you grant GCS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, and display your User Content; distribute, transmit, and make available your User Content through the Platform; modify, adapt, and create derivative works of your User Content for technical purposes (e.g., formatting, compression, thumbnailing); moderate, label, age-gate, restrict, or remove your User Content; promote, excerpt, and feature your User Content in connection with the Platform, including marketing and promotional materials; and technically process your User Content as necessary for Platform operations. This license survives termination of your account to the extent necessary for GCS to maintain platform archives, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, but GCS will make commercially reasonable efforts to cease active display of your User Content after account termination upon your request.

11.3 Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to post your User Content; your User Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable law.

11.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

GCS respects intellectual property rights. Our procedures for copyright complaints (DMCA), trademark complaints, counter-notices, and repeat-infringer treatment are set forth in our Copyright / IP Policy. GCS maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers, and has designated an agent to receive DMCA notifications (see Section 21.4).

11.5 Prohibited Uses of Platform Content

Without GCS’s prior written consent, you may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform; use Platform content or data for machine-learning or AI model training; republish, redistribute, or syndicate other users’ content outside the Platform; or use GCS trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization.

11.6 Technical Misuse and Platform Integrity

Without GCS’s prior authorization, you may not engage in unauthorized scraping or systematic data extraction; automated account creation; credential stuffing; malicious bots; account farming; artificial engagement; unauthorized API access; circumvention of security, rate limits, access controls, or enforcement measures; unauthorized penetration testing; distribution of malicious code; interference with Platform infrastructure; attempts to gain unauthorized access; or unauthorized extraction of personal information. Nothing in this Section prohibits activity that applicable law expressly gives you a non-waivable right to perform.

12. Enforcement, Penalties, and Appeals

12.1 Enforcement Actions

GCS may take any of the following enforcement actions, individually or in combination, at our sole discretion: warning; content labeling; visibility reduction; age-gating; comment/interaction restriction; demonetization; ad rejection; feature restriction; identifier action (Section 4A); temporary suspension; permanent ban; device/account-linkage controls; and reporting to law enforcement where required by law or warranted by safety concerns.

12.2 Factors Considered

Enforcement decisions may consider the severity of the violation, user history, context, intent, impact on other users, community presence (Section 6A), legal risk, and any other relevant factors. GCS is not required to apply the same enforcement action to similar violations.

12.3 Appeals

Users may request review of certain enforcement actions by contacting accounts@intentmediagroup.com. GCS will review appeals in good faith but retains full discretion over enforcement outcomes. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement, and GCS may deny appeals without detailed explanation. Permanent account terminations receive human review before becoming final (see Section 22.3).

12.4 No Precedent

An enforcement action (or lack thereof) against any user does not create an obligation, precedent, or expectation regarding enforcement against any other user or in any other situation.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 No Professional Advice

GCS does not provide, and nothing on the Platform constitutes, legal advice or legal compliance guidance; firearms safety or training certification; self-defense advice or tactical guidance; gunsmithing certification or approval; medical, psychological, or health advice; or financial or investment advice.

13.2 Content Accuracy

Content on GCS, including User Content and third-party content, may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your jurisdiction. Users should independently verify all information, especially regarding firearms safety, legal compliance, and technical specifications.

13.3 Platform Provided “As Is”

GCS IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13.4 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that firearms-related content inherently involves risks. You assume all risks associated with your use of information, instructions, techniques, or guidance obtained through GCS. You are solely responsible for safe storage, handling, use, training, and legal compliance regarding firearms.

13.5 Offline Interactions and Third-Party Qualifications

GCS generally does not supervise or control offline interactions between users. The presence of a user, business, instructor, range, outfitter, organization, event, or other third party on GCS does not mean GCS has verified every identity, conducted a background check, certified firearm competency or professional qualifications, inspected facilities, guaranteed safety, or endorsed that person or entity. Separate terms and waivers may apply to events directly organized by GCS.

14. Indemnification

14.1 User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GCS, the Company, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of GCS or any activity under your account; (b) your User Content; (c) your advertisements, sponsorships, or promotional activity; (d) your violation of these Terms or any incorporated policy; (e) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (f) any dispute between you and any other GCS user; and (g) your failure to hold required licenses, permits, or comply with regulatory requirements.

14.2 Scope

This indemnity is limited to claims arising from your own content, conduct, and legal violations in connection with the Platform. It does not purport to shift to you liability for GCS’s own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any liability that may not lawfully be shifted.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER GCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15.2 Liability Cap

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GCS’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF GCS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO GCS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

15.3 Essential Basis

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION REFLECT A FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK AND ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND GCS. GCS WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.

15.4 Jurisdictional Savings

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16.2 Informal Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Pre-Filing Process)

Before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding, the party asserting a Dispute must first send the other party a written notice of dispute describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought (for GCS, to 732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101; for you, to your account email). The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute informally, including at least one individualized telephone or video conference if requested, for a period of sixty (60) days from receipt of the notice. Completion of this informal process is a condition precedent to initiating arbitration or litigation, and any applicable statute of limitations shall be tolled during this period.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GCS (“Dispute”) that is not resolved through the informal process above shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as provided below. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that questions regarding the Class Action Waiver and the Mass Arbitration procedures shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GCS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

16.5 Mass Arbitration Procedures

If twenty-five (25) or more demands for arbitration are filed against GCS by the same or coordinated counsel, or raising substantially similar claims, the parties agree that the demands shall be resolved in staged batches: an initial set of up to ten (10) bellwether arbitrations shall proceed first, with the remaining demands held in abeyance (and all filing fees deferred and statutes of limitations tolled) pending the outcomes and a mandatory global mediation. Any demand that does not comply with this Section is not properly filed, and GCS shall have no obligation to pay arbitration fees with respect to it until compliance is achieved.

16.6 Thirty-Day Right to Opt Out of Arbitration

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in this Section by sending written notice to accounts@intentmediagroup.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account handle, and intent to opt out. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

16.7 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for Disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.

16.8 Injunctive Relief Exception

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property rights, safety threats, or imminent irreparable harm.

16.9 Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Carve-Out

Claims for personal injury or wrongful death are not subject to mandatory arbitration or the class action waiver in this Section and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, except to the extent the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing after the claim arises. This carve-out is intended to preserve the enforceability of the remainder of this Section.

16.10 One-Year Limitation on Claims

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF GCS MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES, OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

16.11 Electronic Assent

You acknowledge that your agreement to these Terms is formed by electronic assent (clickwrap). GCS maintains records of your acceptance, including the version of Terms accepted, the date and time of acceptance, and the method of acceptance (see Section 18.5).

16.12 Severability

If any provision of this dispute resolution section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision (other than the Section 16.9 carve-out) shall be void.

17. Policies, Program Rules, and Related Notices

17.1 User Conduct Policies

Your use of GCS is subject to the Community Guidelines, Firearms Commerce / Regulated Goods Policy, Community and Group Administration Policy, and, when applicable, the Directory, Listings, Reviews and Location Services Policy and Copyright / IP Policy. These policies supplement these Terms with rules governing use of the Platform.

17.2 Program-Specific Rules

Creator Monetization Rules apply to users who enroll in creator monetization programs. Advertising Standards apply to advertisers, sponsors, commercial partners, and commercially incentivized content. Additional program or transaction-specific terms may apply when presented.

17.3 Privacy and Informational Notices

The Privacy Policy, Age Verification & Identity Policy, Law Enforcement / Emergency Disclosure Guidelines, Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) Removal Process, the Accessibility statement in Section 23, and other legally required reporting or removal procedures describe GCS practices and user rights where applicable. They are not independent promises of universal service availability or compliance in every jurisdiction and do not create user conduct obligations except where a provision expressly states otherwise.

17.4 Conflict

If these Terms directly conflict with a user conduct policy, these Terms control unless the applicable policy expressly states that a specific provision governs the subject matter. Separately executed written agreements are governed by Section 7B.

18. Changes to These Terms; Versioning and Re-Acceptance

18.1 Right to Modify

GCS may modify these Terms, any incorporated policy, advertising rules, monetization rules, verification procedures, feature availability, or any other Platform rules at any time, in its sole discretion. Each modification produces a new version identified by a version number and effective date.

18.2 Notice of Changes

For material changes, GCS will provide notice through one or more of the following: email to the address on your account, a prominent notice on the Platform, an in-app notification, or updated posting with a revised effective date, at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect except where a shorter period is required for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention (Section 18.6).

18.3 Continued Use; Re-Acceptance for Material Changes

Your continued use of GCS after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes, except that for material changes GCS will require you to affirmatively re-accept the updated Terms (clickwrap) before continued use of the Platform or of affected features. Material changes include, without limitation, changes to the arbitration agreement, class action waiver, dispute-resolution provisions, licenses granted to GCS, or fees. Where applicable law requires express consent for a particular change, GCS will obtain it. If you do not agree to updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using GCS and close your account.

18.4 Version Continuity and Validity

Each version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions as of its effective date. A modification, addition, or replacement of any version does not invalidate your prior acceptance of earlier versions for the period they were in effect, and does not revive any claim, right, or obligation that was extinguished, released, or barred under a prior version. The arbitration agreement, class action waiver, limitation of liability, and one-year limitation in any version you accepted remain enforceable as to conduct occurring while that version was in effect.

18.5 Records of Acceptance

GCS may maintain records reasonably designed to document assent to these Terms and applicable binding policies, including the version accepted, date and time, and method of acceptance, together with technical records where appropriate. GCS may retain archived versions for legal, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes and may make prior published versions available where reasonably practicable.

18.6 Emergency Changes

GCS may implement immediate changes without advance notice where required for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or emergency circumstances. Such changes will be communicated as soon as practicable.

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable user conduct policies, program-specific rules, and any separately executed agreement that applies to a particular subject matter, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Platform for the matters they address.

19.2 Waiver

The failure of GCS to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

19.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without GCS’s prior written consent. GCS may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19.5 Force Majeure

GCS shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, changes in law, internet or utility failures, or third-party service outages.

19.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not confer any rights or remedies on any person other than you and GCS, except that GCS’s officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates are intended beneficiaries of Sections 14 and 15, and any mobile-application-marketplace provider is a third-party beneficiary as described in Section 21.7.

19.7 Survival

Sections 2, 4A, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18.4, 19, 20, and 21 shall survive termination of these Terms.

20. International Access and Jurisdictional Flexibility

20.1 U.S.-Based Platform

GCS is operated from the United States and is primarily designed around U.S. operations. GCS may make some or all of the Platform available in additional jurisdictions but does not represent that every feature, advertisement, affiliate link, product reference, or item of content is lawful, appropriate, or available everywhere.

20.2 Geographic Restrictions

GCS may restrict, suspend, geo-restrict, modify, or discontinue access to the Platform or particular features, content, advertisements, affiliate links, Communities, or services in any jurisdiction based on applicable law, regulatory requirements, third-party platform requirements, commercial considerations, or operational risk.

20.3 User Responsibility and Mandatory Rights

Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with laws applicable to their own conduct and access. This allocation of responsibility does not waive or override any mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

20.4 Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

Where GCS intentionally launches, markets, monetizes, or materially operates in a jurisdiction that requires additional notices, rights, restrictions, representatives, or terms, GCS may provide jurisdiction-specific supplements. Technical access from a location does not by itself constitute a representation that GCS has launched every feature or compliance program in that jurisdiction.

20.5 International Data Transfers

Where applicable law governs international transfers of personal information, GCS will use a lawful transfer mechanism or other legally permitted basis as required for the specific processing at issue. Additional information may be provided in the Privacy Policy or a jurisdiction-specific notice.

20.6 Export and Sanctions Compliance

You must comply with applicable export-control, economic-sanctions, and restricted-party laws in connection with your use of GCS. GCS may restrict access or transactions where necessary to comply with applicable law.

20.7 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience unless applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Statutory and Jurisdiction-Specific Notices (United States)

21.1 Notice Regarding Parental Control Protections (47 U.S.C. § 230(d))

Parental control protections (including computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available and may assist in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. Information identifying current providers of such protections is available from consumer resources including the Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov. GCS is an 18+ platform and independently restricts minor access as described in Sections 3, 4, and 8.

21.2 Notice to California Users (Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3)

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer-rights notice: The Platform is provided by Intent Media Group Incorporated, 732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101. If you have a question or complaint regarding the Platform, please contact us at accounts@intentmediagroup.com. California residents may also contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

21.3 U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including, as applicable, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, New Jersey, and others) may have rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising and certain profiling; and to non-discrimination for exercising such rights. These rights, and instructions for exercising them (including any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism and recognition of universal opt-out signals where required), are set forth in our Privacy Policy.

21.4 DMCA Designated Agent

Notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should be sent to GCS’s designated agent: Intent Media Group Incorporated, Attn: DMCA Agent, 732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101; email accounts@intentmediagroup.com; telephone 551-366-8300. GCS’s designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. Counter-notification procedures are described in the Copyright / IP Policy.

21.5 Notice to New Jersey Users

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, no provision is intended to, and no provision shall, limit, waive, or deprive any New Jersey user of any right or remedy that may not lawfully be limited or waived under New Jersey law, including the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA), the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, or the New Jersey Punitive Damages Act. The disclaimers, limitations, and waivers in Sections 13, 14, 15, and 16 apply to New Jersey users only to the fullest extent permitted under New Jersey law.

21.6 State Age-Assurance and Minor-Protection Laws

GCS monitors and intends to comply with applicable U.S. state laws governing age verification, age assurance, minor account protections, app-store age signals, and parental consent for online services, as such laws apply to an 18+ platform, and reserves the right to implement additional verification, geolocation, or access restrictions in any state as required by applicable law.

21.7 Mobile Application Provisions

If you access GCS through a mobile application distributed via a third-party app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), your use is also subject to the applicable marketplace’s terms, and the marketplace provider is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely for purposes of enforcing its usage rules. The marketplace provider has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application and bears no responsibility for any claims relating to the application.

22. Automated Systems and AI/ML Transparency

22.1 Use of Automated Systems

GCS uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, for content moderation (detection of prohibited content); content ranking, recommendation, and discovery; safety systems (age-signal analysis, coordinated-inauthentic-behavior detection, fraud prevention); and advertising delivery and policy-compliance review. GCS’s use of these systems is an exercise of its editorial judgment (Section 2.2).

22.2 No Training on User Content Without Consent

GCS does not use User Content to train third-party or externally-licensed AI/ML models without a separate, applicable legal basis or consent. GCS may use content and platform data to operate, secure, and improve the Platform’s own systems consistent with the Privacy Policy.

22.3 Human Review of Significant Decisions

GCS may use automated systems to assist enforcement but does not intend to rely solely on automated processing for permanent account termination where human review is reasonably appropriate or required by applicable law. Users may request review of certain significant enforcement decisions through the appeals process, subject to eligibility, safety considerations, and legal limits on disclosing detection methods.

22.4 EU Users

Where applicable law requires transparency concerning recommender systems or automated decision-making, GCS may provide the information, controls, or notices required for the specific service and jurisdiction.

23. Accessibility

GCS seeks to make core Platform features accessible to users with disabilities and may use recognized accessibility standards as guidance in its accessibility efforts. Users may report accessibility barriers to accounts@intentmediagroup.com. GCS will evaluate reported barriers and make reasonable efforts to address them where practicable and required by applicable law.

Acceptance and Acknowledgment

By creating an account, accessing, or using GunClub.Social, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the user conduct policies and program-specific rules that apply to your use of the Platform. You specifically acknowledge the consent to electronic communications in Section 1.4, the age attestation in Section 3.5, the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 16 (including the opt-out right in Section 16.6), and GCS’s rights regarding usernames and handles in Section 4A.

You acknowledge that GCS may update these Terms and applicable policies under Section 18. Material changes may require affirmative re-acceptance as described in these Terms. Privacy, age-verification, law-enforcement, accessibility, and legally required reporting notices describe GCS practices and applicable rights and may be updated as permitted by law.

GunClub.Social Privacy Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy is referenced by the GunClub.Social Terms of Service and describes GCS data practices and applicable privacy rights. It is not a user conduct code.

1. Introduction

GunClub.Social (“GCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Intent Media Group Incorporated (“Company”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the GCS platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Given the nature of our Platform (firearms-related community and commerce), we are especially mindful of the sensitivity of certain data we collect and take additional precautions as described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account and Profile Information: Name, email address, phone number, username, password, date of birth, profile information, profile photo, interests, preferences, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Verification Information: Where GCS requires age or identity verification, GCS or a qualified provider may process information reasonably necessary for that verification. Depending on the method actually used, this may include date-of-birth information, identification data, a selfie or liveness capture, verification results, or fraud-risk signals. GCS does not represent that every method is used for every user or that GCS itself retains all underlying information.
  • Content and Communications: Posts, comments, direct messages, photos, videos, reviews, reports, appeals, support requests, survey responses, and other content or communications you submit.
  • Communities, Groups, and Administration: Community or Group memberships, roles, moderation activity, organization authorization information, and administrative actions where applicable.
  • Business Listings and Directory Information: Information submitted to create, correct, or claim a Business Listing, including business contact details and evidence of authority where requested.
  • Commerce and Payout Information: Information reasonably necessary for GCS-branded merchandise purchases, creator monetization, advertiser billing, or other GCS-operated services, where applicable. GCS does not collect peer-to-peer firearm or ammunition transaction data because GCS does not operate a peer-to-peer marketplace.
  • Tax Information: GCS or an applicable payment provider may collect tax identification, certification, or reporting information where required for creator monetization or other payments. The specific information and who retains it depends on the actual payment process.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, device identifiers, mobile advertising IDs.
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, content interactions, searches, directory and trip-planning activity, Community and Group interactions, advertisement interactions, affiliate link clicks or referral events, reporting and blocking activity, and navigation paths.
  • Location Data: Approximate location may be inferred from IP address. Precise device location is processed only if the applicable feature uses it and you grant the required device permission. User-entered locations may also be processed for directory, profile, search, or trip-planning features.
  • Cookies and Tracking: Cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies. See Section 8.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Verification Providers: Verification results, confidence scores, and fraud risk signals from age and identity verification vendors.
  • Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation, payment status, and limited payment details.
  • Social Login: If you sign up via a third-party service, basic profile information from that service.
  • Public Sources: Publicly available information for identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
  • Other Users: Reports, complaints, or information about you provided by other users.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

3.1 Platform Operations

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Platform;
  • Processing account registration and authentication;
  • Enabling features including posting, messaging, GCS merchandise sales, and creator monetization;
  • Personalizing your experience (content recommendations, feed ranking).

3.2 Safety and Security

  • Age and identity verification;
  • Enforcing Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other policies;
  • Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security threats, and illegal activity;

3.3 Commerce

  • Fulfilling GCS-branded merchandise orders;
  • Disbursing creator monetization earnings;
  • Measuring third-party advertising and affiliate referrals (in aggregate);
  • Tax reporting, information returns, or withholding where required by applicable law, either directly or through an applicable payment provider.

3.4 Communications

  • Sending service-related notices (account activity, policy updates, security alerts);
  • Responding to your inquiries and support requests;
  • Sending marketing communications (with your consent, where required).

3.5 Advertising

  • Serving and measuring advertisements on the Platform;
  • Interest-based and contextual advertising;
  • Ad targeting based on demographics, interests, and Platform activity;
  • Reporting to advertisers on ad performance (in aggregate, without identifying you individually).

3.6 Analytics and Improvement

  • Understanding usage patterns and user preferences;
  • Conducting research and analysis to improve the Platform;
  • Testing new features and products.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Other Users

  • Your public profile information (username, profile photo, bio) is visible to other users;
  • Content or profile information that GCS designates as public may be visible without authentication and may be indexed by search engines. Content that is login-gated or age-gated is subject to the access controls applicable to that surface. Actual visibility depends on the feature and privacy settings available at the time.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us with:

  • Age and identity verification;
  • Payment processing;
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure;
  • Analytics and measurement;
  • Customer support;
  • Email and notification delivery;
  • Content moderation (including AI-based moderation tools);
  • Advertising delivery and measurement;
  • Tax compliance and reporting.

Service providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the services they provide to us.

4.3 With Advertisers

  • We share aggregate, de-identified data with advertisers (e.g., ad performance metrics);
  • GCS does not provide advertisers with directly identifying personal information merely to let them contact you unless you direct or authorize GCS to do so. Whether particular advertising or analytics activity constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law depends on the actual data flow and jurisdiction; applicable opt-out rights are described in Section 7.
  • We may use your information to target ads to you on the Platform.

4.4 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose your information:

  • In response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, warrant);
  • To comply with applicable law, regulation, or government request;
  • To law enforcement in emergency situations involving danger of death or serious physical injury;
  • To the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law;
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of GCS, our users, or the public;
  • In connection with investigations of Terms of Service violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

See the Law Enforcement / Emergency Disclosure Guidelines for details.

4.5 In Business Transfers

If GCS is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.6 With Your Consent

We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

5.1 General Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to:

  • Comply with legal obligations;
  • Resolve disputes;
  • Enforce agreements;
  • Prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Maintain platform safety and integrity.

5.2 Retention Criteria

Retention periods vary by data category, purpose, legal requirements, security needs, fraud-prevention needs, contractual obligations, and technical backup cycles. GCS will maintain an internal retention schedule based on the actual systems and vendors in use. Where applicable law requires a specific retention disclosure, GCS will provide the required category-specific period or criteria.

5.3 Deletion Requests

When you request account deletion:

  • GCS will respond to verified deletion requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where necessary or permitted for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety, security, backup integrity, or other lawful purposes;
  • Some information may persist in backups for a limited period before being purged;
  • Content that has been shared, quoted, or embedded by others may persist in those contexts.

6. Data Security

GCS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information in light of the sensitivity of the information and the systems in use. Security practices may evolve over time. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and GCS cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Account Settings

You can access, update, or correct your account information through your GCS account settings.

7.2 Communication Preferences

You can manage marketing communication preferences in your account settings or by using unsubscribe links. You cannot opt out of service-related communications (security alerts, policy updates, etc.).

7.3 State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA for California, VCDPA for Virginia, CPA for Colorado, CTDPA for Connecticut, TDPSA for Texas):

  • Right to Know: Request what personal information we collect, use, and share;
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Right to Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising;
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, contact accounts@intentmediagroup.com or use the privacy controls in your account settings. We will verify your identity before processing requests.

7.4 Biometric Data Rights

Where GCS or a verification provider actually uses regulated biometric processing, additional notices, consents, and rights may apply as described in the Age Verification & Identity Policy and any separate biometric notice required by applicable law.

7.5 Do Not Track

Browser Do Not Track signals are not governed by a single universal standard. GCS will describe and honor legally required universal opt-out preference signals where applicable, based on the actual advertising and tracking systems in use.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8.1 Types of Cookies

Cookie Type | Purpose | Duration

Essential | Authentication, security, basic functionality | Session or persistent

Functional | Preferences, language, display settings | Persistent

Analytics | Usage statistics, feature adoption, performance | Persistent

Advertising | Ad targeting, measurement, frequency capping | Persistent

8.2 Cookie Choices

Depending on the final Platform configuration and applicable law, you may be able to manage cookies and similar technologies through one or more of the following:

  • GCS-provided consent or privacy controls, where implemented;
  • Browser settings (blocking or deleting cookies);
  • Opt-out tools for specific advertising networks.

Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

9. Minors and Children’s Privacy

GCS is an 18+ platform and is not intended for individuals under 18. GCS does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to maintain accounts. If GCS learns that an underage user has created an account, GCS may restrict or terminate the account and handle associated personal information as required by applicable law.

GCS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner prohibited by COPPA. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact accounts@intentmediagroup.com.

10. International Users

GCS is operated from the United States and is primarily designed around U.S. operations. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other locations where GCS or its service providers operate. GCS does not represent that every feature or service has been intentionally launched in every jurisdiction from which the Platform may be technically accessible.

Where a foreign privacy or data-protection law legally applies to particular GCS processing, GCS will seek to honor mandatory rights and use legally permitted mechanisms required for that processing. GCS may provide additional jurisdiction-specific notices when it intentionally launches or materially operates in a jurisdiction requiring them.

11. Sensitive Data

Because of the nature of GCS, certain information may be sensitive, including firearms-related interests or activity, precise location where enabled, identity-verification information where used, and commercial or licensing information provided by businesses or creators. GCS applies safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the systems in use.

GCS does not assume that firearms-interest data is non-sensitive merely because a user chooses to share it. Any advertising, analytics, sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising disclosures and opt-out rights must match GCS’s actual data flows and applicable law.

GCS does not collect peer-to-peer firearm transaction data because GCS does not operate a peer-to-peer marketplace. Information relating to advertiser licensing, creator payouts, GCS merchandise transactions, or other GCS-operated services may be processed where applicable.

12. Changes to This Policy

GCS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or data practices. GCS will provide notice of material changes where required by applicable law. If a change requires consent, GCS will seek that consent where required.

GCS may require graphic-content labels and may apply sensitivity warnings, interstitials, blurring, muted autoplay, age or verification gates, distribution limits, or other moderation measures based on context, safety, user experience, applicable law, or third-party distribution requirements. GCS maintains a separate public removal-request process for covered requests under applicable law. Users should use the designated reporting channel identified in that process.

4. Commerce Rules (Summary)

GCS is not a marketplace. All product commerce is conducted by third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners via banner ads and affiliate links that direct users off-platform; the only direct GCS sales are GCS-branded apparel and merchandise. All commercial activity is subject to the Firearms Commerce / Regulated Goods Policy. Key rules:

  • No peer-to-peer transactions through GCS. Users may not use posts, comments, profiles, Communities, Groups, direct messages, contact information, QR codes, external messaging handles, or coded language to offer, solicit, negotiate, arrange, broker, or facilitate a prohibited peer-to-peer transaction.
  • No GCS-facilitated peer-to-peer regulated-goods transactions. GCS does not provide checkout, payment, escrow, or transfer coordination for prohibited user-to-user firearm, ammunition, or regulated-goods transactions. Approved third-party product purchases occur on independent third-party websites under those parties’ terms.
  • Third-party advertisers are solely responsible for the legality, licensing, and fulfillment of their products.
  • Organic content may reference or review products but may not consummate or arrange a transaction.

5. Advertising and Promotion

Paid advertising, sponsorships, and promoted content are subject to the Advertising Standards. Organic content rules in these Guidelines apply to all content, including paid content, but paid content has additional requirements.

6. Enforcement

6.1 How We Enforce

GCS may take enforcement action based on:

  • User reports;
  • Proactive review by GCS staff or automated systems;
  • Third-party referrals;
  • Law enforcement requests.

6.2 Enforcement Actions

Actions may include (in any order, not necessarily escalating):

  1. Warning
  2. Content removal or restriction
  3. Content labeling or age-gating
  4. Reduced distribution or visibility
  5. Feature restrictions (e.g., commenting, messaging, posting)
  6. Demonetization
  7. Temporary suspension
  8. Permanent ban
  9. Device/account linkage restrictions
  10. Reporting to law enforcement

6.3 Context Matters

We consider context when enforcing these Guidelines, including:

  • The nature and severity of the violation;
  • Whether the user has a history of violations;
  • The user’s stated intent and framing;
  • The potential for real-world harm;
  • Whether the content is newsworthy, educational, or satirical.

6.4 Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting accounts@intentmediagroup.com. GCS will review appeals in good faith but retains sole discretion over outcomes.

7. Reporting and Blocking

7.1 Reporting

Where reporting tools are available, users may report applicable posts, users, messages, Communities or Groups, and advertisements through the relevant in-product reporting feature. Users may also contact accounts@intentmediagroup.com for matters that cannot be reported through the Platform. For emergencies involving imminent danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first and then notify GCS where appropriate.

7.2 Blocking

Where blocking functionality is available, users may block other users to limit further interaction through supported Platform features. Blocking does not necessarily remove content already shared or prevent every possible interaction outside GCS.

7.3 False or Abusive Reports

Knowingly false, fraudulent, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves violate these Guidelines and may result in enforcement action.

8. Changes

GCS may update these Community Guidelines as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Material changes will be communicated or presented for re-acceptance where required by the Terms of Service or applicable law.

GunClub.Social Firearms Commerce / Regulated Goods Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the GunClub.Social Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This Policy governs firearms-related commercial content, third-party advertising and affiliate referrals, prohibited transaction activity, and regulated-goods content on GunClub.Social (“GCS”).

1.1 Third-Party Commerce Model

GCS does not operate a marketplace and does not directly sell, transfer, or broker firearms, ammunition, or accessories. All product commerce on GCS (other than GCS-branded apparel and merchandise) is conducted by independent third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners. Commerce occurs through:

  • Banner advertisements displayed on the Platform that link to third-party websites;
  • Affiliate links that direct users to third-party retailers for purchase;
  • Sponsored brand content that references third-party products and services.

When a user clicks a banner ad or affiliate link, they leave GCS and enter a transaction solely between the user and the third-party merchant. GCS is not a party to any such transaction and does not provide brokerage, escrow, transfer, payment processing, or compliance services for third-party sales.

2. General Commerce Principles

2.1 Lawful Transactions Only

All commercial activity on GCS must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, and international laws and regulations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their transactions are lawful in all relevant jurisdictions.

2.2 GCS Is Not a Dealer, Broker, or Intermediary

GCS does not:

  • Operate a marketplace or facilitate peer-to-peer transactions;
  • Facilitate the physical transfer of firearms;
  • Provide FFL transfer services;
  • Conduct background checks;
  • Process payments for third-party products;
  • Guarantee the legality, safety, or quality of any third-party transaction;
  • Act as an escrow, payment processor, or financial intermediary;
  • Verify the licensing status of any user or third-party advertiser beyond requiring representations of compliance.

2.3 Third-Party Advertiser and Affiliate Responsibilities

Third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners whose products appear on GCS through banner ads or affiliate links are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring all products and services offered comply with applicable laws;
  • Holding all required licenses (including FFL if applicable);
  • Processing transactions, payments, shipping, and returns on their own platforms;
  • Complying with all applicable advertising laws and GCS Advertising Standards;
  • The accuracy of all product claims, pricing, and availability displayed in their advertisements.

2.4 User Responsibility

Each user who clicks through to a third-party website via a banner ad or affiliate link is independently responsible for:

  • Determining and complying with all applicable laws;
  • Holding all required licenses (including FFL if applicable);
  • Conducting or arranging required background checks;
  • Maintaining required records;
  • Verifying the legal eligibility of counterparties;
  • Arranging lawful transfer through a licensed dealer where required.

3. What Is Permitted

GCS does not provide a user-to-user marketplace for firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories. Approved third-party commercial content and affiliate referrals may be permitted as described in Section 1.1, subject to applicable law, this Policy, and the Advertising Standards.

3.1 Permitted Third-Party Commercial Content

  • Third-party banner advertisements and affiliate links from brands, retailers, and manufacturers that direct users to the third party’s own website to transact;
  • Brand and manufacturer marketing of lawful products;
  • Dealer, range, club, and event promotion by legitimate licensed businesses and organizations, directing users off-platform;
  • Training and education services offered by qualified professionals;
  • Product reviews and comparisons, including affiliate content, when the affiliate relationship is disclosed as required by the FTC and Advertising Standards;
  • GCS-branded apparel and merchandise sold directly by GCS (the only category of direct GCS sales).

3.2 Permitted Organic (Non-Commercial) Content

Users may post organic, non-transactional content — reviews, opinions, photos, videos, discussion, education, and general firearms culture — that does not offer, solicit, negotiate, or arrange any sale or transfer of a firearm, ammunition, or regulated accessory. Referencing or recommending a product is permitted; consummating or arranging a transaction on the Platform is not.

3.3 No On-Platform Transactions

GCS does not provide checkout, payment processing, escrow, messaging-based deal-making, or transfer coordination for prohibited user-to-user firearm, ammunition, or regulated-goods transactions. Approved third-party product purchases occur on independent third-party websites under those parties’ own terms. Users may not use GCS features to offer, solicit, negotiate, arrange, broker, or facilitate prohibited peer-to-peer transactions (see Section 4.1).

4. What Is Prohibited

4.1 Prohibited Transactions

The following are strictly prohibited on GCS:

On-Platform Peer-to-Peer Transactions (Prohibited Regardless of Legality):

  • Offering, soliciting, negotiating, arranging, brokering, or facilitating a prohibited peer-to-peer transaction involving a firearm, ammunition, or regulated accessory through GCS posts, comments, profiles, Communities, Groups, direct messages, contact information, QR codes, external messaging handles, coded language, or other Platform features. This prohibition applies even where the underlying transaction might otherwise be lawful outside GCS.

Illegal Sales and Transfers:

  • Sale, transfer, or offer of firearms, ammunition, or regulated items in violation of any applicable law;
  • Transactions with persons prohibited from possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law;
  • Straw purchases or facilitating straw purchases;
  • Sale or transfer to persons under 18 (or under applicable state minimum age);
  • Cross-border sales or transfers in violation of ITAR, EAR, or other export controls;
  • Interstate handgun sales between unlicensed persons (prohibited under federal law).

Licensing Evasion:

  • Conducting firearms dealing activity without a required FFL;
  • Activity requiring a federal firearms license or other authorization under then-current applicable law when the required license or authorization is not held;
  • Evasion of background check requirements;
  • Structuring transactions to avoid reporting or record-keeping requirements.

Prohibited Items:

  • Unregistered National Firearms Act (NFA) items (machine guns, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, suppressors, destructive devices, AOWs) unless lawfully possessed and registered;
  • Stolen firearms or goods;
  • Firearms with removed, altered, or obliterated serial numbers;
  • Items classified as prohibited by ATF or applicable state law;
  • Undetectable firearms in violation of the Undetectable Firearms Act;
  • Armor-piercing ammunition prohibited under federal law;
  • Items subject to current recall or safety orders where sale is prohibited.

Other Prohibited Commerce:

  • 3D-printed firearm files or instructions where distribution is prohibited by law;
  • Conversion devices (e.g., auto sears, forced-reset triggers if classified as machine guns, bump stocks where prohibited) that are illegal under applicable law;
  • Drug paraphernalia, controlled substances, or illegal goods of any kind;
  • Explosives, destructive devices, or incendiary materials (unless lawful and properly licensed);
  • Human remains, organs, or endangered species products.

4.2 Prohibited Commercial Practices

  • Misrepresentation of item condition, legality, or provenance;
  • Bait-and-switch tactics;
  • Price gouging during emergencies where prohibited by law;
  • Failure to disclose material defects or safety issues;
  • Falsification of FFL or licensing status;
  • Fraudulent advertisements, fabricated inventory claims, phishing, or scam schemes.

5. Licensing and Legal Compliance

Users and commercial partners whose activities require an FFL, other license, permit, registration, authorization, background check, transfer procedure, recordkeeping, or other compliance step under applicable law are solely responsible for satisfying those requirements. GCS does not determine whether a particular person or business is legally required to hold a license or whether a transaction is lawful in a particular jurisdiction.

GCS may request licensing or business information as part of advertiser or partner review, but doing so does not create a general duty to independently verify every third party or guarantee that any license remains valid.

6. Commerce Enforcement

6.1 Monitoring

GCS may review commercial content, advertisements, affiliate activity, reports, and user activity for compliance with this Policy using automated tools, manual review, user reports, or other reasonable methods. GCS is not required to pre-screen every item of content or every third-party merchant.

6.2 Actions

GCS may remove or restrict content, disable links, reject or suspend advertisers or affiliate relationships, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information, or report activity to authorities where appropriate and permitted by law.

6.3 Reporting Violations

Users who become aware of potentially illegal commerce activity should report it immediately using the Platform’s reporting tools or by contacting accounts@intentmediagroup.com.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Third-Party Transaction Guarantee

GCS does not guarantee the legality, safety, quality, availability, pricing, shipping, licensing status, purchaser eligibility, or performance of any third-party merchant, product, service, advertisement, affiliate offer, or resulting transaction. Users transact with independent third parties at their own discretion and should review the third party’s terms, policies, and legal requirements before acting.

7.2 No Legal Advice

This Policy is not legal advice. Users must consult qualified legal counsel regarding their specific obligations under federal, state, and local law.

7A. Jurisdiction and Platform Availability

Advertising, affiliate links, product references, and commercial functionality may vary by jurisdiction, device, application version, distribution channel, audience eligibility, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements. Display of a product or link does not mean that the product is lawful for a particular user to purchase, possess, import, transfer, or use.

8. Changes

GCS may update this Policy as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Material changes will be communicated or presented for re-acceptance where required.

GunClub.Social Advertising Standards

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the GunClub.Social Terms of Service.

1. Scope

These Advertising Standards apply to all paid, sponsored, promoted, affiliate, influencer, and commercially incentivized content on GunClub.Social (“GCS”), including:

  • Banner advertisements from third-party brands and retailers;
  • Affiliate links and affiliate marketing content that direct users to third-party websites for purchase;
  • Display advertisements;
  • Sponsored posts and stories;
  • Boosted or promoted organic content;
  • Influencer and creator partnerships;
  • Brand ambassador content;
  • Product placement and gifted product reviews (when compensated);
  • Event sponsorships promoted on the Platform.

All product commerce on GCS (other than GCS-branded apparel and merchandise) is conducted by independent third-party brands, retailers, and affiliate partners. Banner ads and affiliate links redirect users to the third party’s own website for all browsing, purchasing, and transacting. GCS earns affiliate commissions or advertising fees from these arrangements but is not a party to any resulting transaction.

These Standards apply in addition to the Community Guidelines and all other incorporated policies. Compliance with organic content rules is necessary but not sufficient for paid content.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

2.1 Who May Advertise

To advertise on GCS, you must:

  • Have an active, verified GCS account in good standing;
  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Comply with these Advertising Standards and all applicable laws;
  • Provide accurate business or individual identification upon request;
  • Hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations required for the products or services advertised.

2.2 FFL and Licensing Verification

Advertisers promoting firearms, ammunition, or items requiring a Federal Firearms License (FFL) or other regulatory license must:

  • Provide proof of valid FFL or applicable license to GCS upon request;
  • Ensure advertised products and services are lawful in all targeted jurisdictions;
  • Update GCS promptly of any changes to licensing status.

3. Ad Content Requirements

3.1 Truthfulness and Accuracy

All advertising must be:

  • Truthful, non-deceptive, and not misleading;
  • Substantiated — claims must be supportable;
  • Compliant with FTC endorsement and advertising guidelines;
  • Clear about material connections (sponsorship, payment, gifted products).

3.2 Required Disclosures

Paid and sponsored content must clearly disclose the commercial relationship using:

  • Platform-provided disclosure tools (e.g., “Sponsored,” “Paid Partnership” labels);
  • Clear text disclosures (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” “Paid partnership with [Brand]”) visible without expanding the post;
  • Disclosures must be in the same language as the ad content.

3.3 Prohibited Ad Content

The following may not be advertised on GCS:

Products and Services:

  • Illegal firearms, ammunition, or accessories;
  • Items prohibited under the Firearms Commerce Policy;
  • Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia;
  • Unregistered securities or fraudulent financial products;
  • Counterfeit goods;
  • Surveillance equipment marketed for illegal use;
  • Products or services targeting minors;
  • Gambling services where prohibited by applicable law;
  • Tobacco and vaping products where prohibited by applicable advertising law;
  • Adult sexual content or services.

Messaging:

  • Ads containing threats, hate speech, or content prohibited by the Community Guidelines;
  • Ads promoting violence, extremism, or illegal activity;
  • Ads with deliberately misleading safety claims;
  • Political campaign advertising unless GCS has expressly enabled and approved a separate political advertising program and the advertisement complies with applicable law and program-specific requirements;
  • Ads that impersonate GCS, its staff, or its official communications.

3.4 Firearms-Specific Ad Rules

Advertisements for firearms, ammunition, and related products must:

  • Not depict firearms pointed at people (unless in clearly educational/training context);
  • Not glorify or trivialize violence;
  • Not target or appeal to minors;
  • Include appropriate safety messaging where required by law;
  • Not make claims about legal protections, self-defense outcomes, or law enforcement endorsements unless substantiated and lawful;
  • Comply with all ATF advertising requirements applicable to the product.

3.5 Prohibited Firearms Ad Categories

Regardless of any advertiser’s licensing status or any product’s legality in a given jurisdiction, GCS does not accept advertising, affiliate links, or sponsored content that promotes:

  • On-platform peer-to-peer sales — offering, soliciting, or arranging the sale, trade, or transfer of a firearm, ammunition, or regulated accessory between users through GCS (all commerce must click through to the third-party advertiser’s own website; see the Firearms Commerce Policy, Section 1.1);
  • Firearm or ammunition manufacturing instructions — guides, tutorials, or “how-to” content for manufacturing firearms, ammunition, or their components;
  • 3D-printing and CAD files — downloadable digital files, blueprints, code, or CAD/CAM instructions for printing or machining firearms, receivers, or firearm parts;
  • Machine-gun conversion devices — auto sears, forced-reset triggers classified as machine guns, bump stocks, and other conversion kits or devices designed to enable automatic or unlawful rates of fire;
  • Any unlawful firearm, ammunition, accessory, or item, including any item prohibited under the Firearms Commerce Policy.

Advertisers of firearms, ammunition, and accessories must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local law and hold all required licenses (see Sections 2.1 and 2.2).

4. Targeting and Geographic Restrictions

4.1 Age Targeting

All advertising for firearms, ammunition, and regulated accessories must be age-gated to users who are:

  • At least 18 years of age; and
  • Age-verified through GCS’s verification system where applicable.

4.2 Geographic Targeting

Advertisers must:

  • Restrict ad delivery to jurisdictions where the advertised product or service is lawful;
  • Not target jurisdictions where the product or service requires a license the advertiser does not hold;
  • Comply with state and local advertising restrictions (e.g., states with specific firearms advertising rules);
  • Configure geographic exclusions for products not legally available in certain states or localities.

GCS may enforce mandatory geographic restrictions for certain product categories.

4.3 Audience Restrictions

GCS may require advertisers to apply additional audience restrictions based on:

  • Product category;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Platform safety considerations;
  • Content sensitivity.

4A. Platform and Distribution Availability

Approval of an advertisement, affiliate relationship, or commercial partner does not guarantee identical placement, display, clickability, distribution, or functionality across every device, application version, jurisdiction, or distribution channel. GCS may restrict, modify, suppress, geo-restrict, age-gate, or change link functionality where required by applicable law, third-party platform requirements, product category, audience eligibility, or GCS policy. Approval in one version of GCS does not guarantee identical availability in another.

5. Ad Review and Approval

5.1 Pre-Publication Review

GCS reserves the right to review all advertising before publication. Certain categories (firearms, ammunition, regulated accessories, hunting, tactical products) may require mandatory pre-approval.

5.2 Approval Does Not Equal Endorsement

GCS approval of an advertisement does not constitute:

  • Endorsement of the product, service, or advertiser;
  • Verification of claims, licensing, or legal compliance;
  • A guarantee that the ad complies with all applicable law;
  • A waiver of GCS’s right to later remove the ad.

5.3 Rejection and Removal

GCS may reject or remove any advertisement at any time for any reason, including:

  • Policy violation;
  • Legal risk;
  • Reputational concern;
  • User complaints;
  • Changes in law or regulation;
  • Business judgment.

GCS is not required to provide detailed reasons for rejection.

6. Creator and Influencer Advertising

6.1 Applicability

Creators and influencers who receive compensation (monetary or in-kind) to promote products or services on GCS must comply with these Standards in addition to the Creator Monetization Rules.

6.2 Creator Responsibilities

Compensated creators must:

  • Disclose all material connections clearly and conspicuously;
  • Only promote products they have personally used or can speak to with firsthand knowledge;
  • Not make unsubstantiated safety, performance, or legal claims;
  • Comply with FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials;
  • Refuse brand deals that require them to violate GCS policies or applicable law.

6.3 Brand Responsibilities

Brands working with GCS creators must:

  • Ensure creators are provided with disclosure requirements;
  • Not instruct creators to conceal the commercial relationship;
  • Not instruct creators to make unsubstantiated claims;
  • Be jointly responsible for compliance with these Standards.

7. Third-Party Banner Ads and Affiliate Programs

7.1 Banner Ad Program

GCS displays banner advertisements from third-party brands, retailers, manufacturers, and service providers. Banner ads are the primary mechanism through which third-party commerce is surfaced on the Platform.

Banner Ad Requirements:

  • Banner ads must clearly identify the advertising brand or retailer;
  • Banner ads must link to the third party’s own website — not to an intermediary transaction page hosted by GCS;
  • Banner ads must comply with all content requirements in Section 3 of these Standards;
  • Banner ads for firearms, ammunition, and regulated products must comply with Section 3.4 (Firearms-Specific Ad Rules) and all targeting requirements in Section 4;
  • GCS reserves the right to control the placement, frequency, size, and rotation of all banner ads.

7.2 Affiliate Link Program

GCS may participate in affiliate programs with third-party retailers and brands. Affiliate links may appear in:

  • Platform-placed banner advertisements;
  • Creator and influencer content (subject to disclosure requirements);
  • Editorial or curated content produced by GCS;
  • Product review and recommendation features.

Affiliate Link Requirements:

  • All affiliate links must be clearly identifiable as commercial or sponsored content;
  • Affiliate links must direct users to the third party’s website for the actual transaction;
  • GCS earns a commission or fee when a user completes a qualifying action (e.g., purchase) on the third-party website;
  • GCS does not guarantee product availability, pricing, shipping, or fulfillment for any affiliate-linked product;
  • Creators using affiliate links must comply with FTC disclosure requirements and Section 6 of these Standards.

7.3 Third-Party Advertiser Compliance

Third-party advertisers and affiliate partners are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of all products and services offered through their advertisements;
  • All claims, representations, and warranties made in their ads;
  • Maintaining required licenses (including FFL where applicable);
  • Processing all transactions, payments, shipping, returns, and customer service on their own platforms;
  • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local advertising and commerce laws.

GCS does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any third-party advertiser’s products, services, claims, licensing status, or legal compliance. Inclusion of a third-party advertisement on GCS does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

7.4 User Acknowledgment

By clicking a banner ad or affiliate link, users acknowledge that they are leaving GCS and entering a transaction with an independent third party. Users should review the third party’s terms of service, privacy policy, return policy, and licensing information before making any purchase.

8. Ad Data and Transparency

8.1 Ad Library

GCS may maintain a public or semi-public ad library for transparency purposes.

8.2 Performance Data

Advertising performance data provided by GCS is for informational purposes only. GCS does not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or conversion outcomes.

8A. Campaign-Specific Commercial Terms

Campaign-specific pricing, payment, billing, campaign dates, cancellation rights, credits, makegoods, delivery commitments, measurement methods, reporting, custom sponsorship terms, and other commercial matters may be governed by a separate advertiser agreement, insertion order, sponsorship agreement, or other written agreement. In the event of a direct conflict on those campaign-specific matters, the applicable signed agreement controls for that subject matter.

9. Enforcement

Violations of these Advertising Standards may result in:

  • Ad rejection or removal;
  • Advertiser account restrictions;
  • Loss of advertising privileges;
  • Account suspension or ban;
  • Forfeiture of pre-paid advertising credits;
  • Reporting to regulatory authorities where warranted.

10. Changes

GCS may update these Advertising Standards as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Material changes affecting active campaigns may also be addressed through applicable advertiser agreements or insertion orders.

GunClub.Social Creator Monetization Rules

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the GunClub.Social Terms of Service.

1. Overview

GCS may offer monetization programs that allow eligible creators to earn revenue through their content and activities on the Platform. These Rules govern participation in all GCS monetization programs, including but not limited to:

  • Ad revenue sharing;
  • Tipping and direct fan support, if and when offered by GCS;
  • Subscription-based content, if and when offered by GCS;
  • Sponsored content facilitation;
  • Affiliate link programs — creators may earn commissions by sharing affiliate links to third-party retailers through their content, subject to disclosure requirements;
  • Banner ad revenue sharing — creators may earn a share of revenue generated by third-party banner ads displayed alongside their content;
  • Exclusive content or premium features, if and when offered by GCS.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Requirements

To participate in any GCS monetization program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Have a GCS account in good standing (no active suspensions or unresolved policy violations);
  • Complete age and identity verification as required by GCS;
  • Provide tax identification, certification, payment, and other information reasonably required by GCS or its applicable payment provider;
  • Provide valid payment information;
  • Maintain compliance with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all incorporated policies;
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the monetization program is lawful.

2.2 Additional Requirements

Certain monetization programs may require:

  • Minimum follower or engagement thresholds;
  • Account age or activity history minimums;
  • Completion of creator onboarding or training;
  • Agreement to program-specific supplemental terms.

2.3 Application and Approval

Monetization enrollment is not automatic. GCS reviews applications and may approve or deny them at its sole discretion. Approval may be revoked at any time.

3. Creator Obligations

3.1 Content Standards

Monetized content must comply with all GCS policies. Additionally, monetized creators must:

  • Produce original content or have full rights to monetize the content;
  • Not monetize content that violates Community Guidelines, even if it might be tolerated in organic contexts;
  • Not use monetization features to promote illegal transactions;
  • Maintain the quality and authenticity expectations of the monetization program.

3.2 Disclosure and Transparency

Monetized creators must:

  • Clearly disclose all sponsored, paid, affiliate, or incentivized content using GCS-provided tools or clear text disclosures;
  • Clearly identify affiliate links (e.g., “#affiliate,” “affiliate link,” or platform-provided affiliate disclosure labels) so users understand that clicking will redirect them to a third-party website and may generate a commission for the creator;
  • Comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and all applicable advertising disclosure laws;
  • Not conceal material connections with brands, advertisers, or other commercial partners;
  • Disclose gifted products, free services, or other non-monetary compensation when reviewing or promoting products.

3.3 Firearms-Specific Obligations

Creators monetizing firearms-related content must:

  • Ensure all product recommendations, reviews, and demonstrations comply with applicable firearms laws;
  • Not provide specific legal advice about firearms ownership, carry, or use;
  • Include appropriate safety reminders in instructional or demonstration content;
  • Comply with the Firearms Commerce Policy at all times — GCS is not a marketplace, and creators may not use the Platform to offer, solicit, negotiate, arrange, or broker any peer-to-peer sale or transfer of firearms, ammunition, or regulated accessories, regardless of legality;
  • Monetize firearms-related products only through approved platform programs, properly disclosed affiliate links to independent third-party merchants, or third-party sponsorships, and never through prohibited peer-to-peer transaction activity on GCS;
  • Not monetize firearm manufacturing, 3D-printing, or auto-conversion (e.g., auto sears, forced-reset triggers, bump stocks) content, which is never eligible for monetization.

3.3A Affiliate Program Availability

Approved creator affiliate links may be used where permitted by GCS policy, applicable law, and the applicable Platform version or distribution channel. Availability or link functionality in one version of GCS does not guarantee identical availability in every version.

3.4 Tax and Payment Information

Creators must provide any tax identification, certification, payment, and other information reasonably required by GCS or its applicable payment provider. GCS or its payment provider may report payments to taxing authorities, provide tax reporting documents, and withhold amounts where required by applicable law. Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations and for maintaining appropriate records.

Where a third-party payout provider collects tax documentation directly, GCS may receive only the information reasonably necessary to operate the program and satisfy legal obligations.

4. Revenue and Payments

4.1 Program-Specific Revenue Calculation

Revenue share rates, qualifying monetized revenue, qualifying content or inventory, recognition timing, payout thresholds, and calculation methods are defined in the applicable monetization program terms. Any percentage-based share must be interpreted using the defined revenue base in those program terms and may account for invalid traffic, fraudulent activity, refunds, chargebacks, payment errors, advertiser nonpayment where relevant, and other expressly disclosed program-specific adjustments.

GCS may modify prospective program economics with notice as provided in the applicable program terms. Changes do not retroactively convert valid, undisputed earned amounts into forfeited amounts except to correct fraud, invalid activity, error, chargebacks, lawful offsets, or legal withholding.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are made according to the schedule and eligibility rules of the applicable program;
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply;
  • GCS may require identity, payment, and tax verification before payment;
  • Unpaid balances below an applicable threshold may carry forward;
  • GCS may temporarily withhold disputed amounts while reasonably investigating suspected fraud, invalid activity, payment error, or policy violations directly related to the earnings at issue.

4.3 Adjustments and Reversals

GCS may adjust, reverse, recoup, or exclude amounts attributable to fraudulent or artificial engagement, invalid traffic, chargebacks, refunds, payment errors, advertiser nonpayment where the applicable program is based on collected revenue, or unlawful activity directly related to the earnings.

5. Demonetization

5.1 Grounds for Demonetization

GCS may demonetize specific content or an entire creator account for:

  • Violation of these Rules, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any incorporated policy;
  • Content that is lawful but not suitable for monetization (e.g., controversial content that advertisers object to);
  • Failure to maintain eligibility requirements;
  • Failure to comply with disclosure obligations;
  • Advertiser feedback or brand safety concerns;
  • Fraudulent activity or artificial engagement;
  • Inactivity beyond program thresholds.

5.2 Scope of Demonetization

Demonetization may apply to:

  • A single piece of content;
  • A category of content;
  • Specific monetization features (e.g., ad revenue but not tipping);
  • The creator’s entire account.

5.3 Not a Content Ban

Demonetization does not necessarily mean content will be removed. Content may remain on the Platform but not be eligible for revenue generation.

6. Program Termination

6.1 Voluntary Exit

Creators may leave any monetization program at any time. Accrued and unpaid earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid out on the next regular payment cycle.

6.2 Involuntary Removal

GCS may remove a creator from monetization programs for policy violations, ineligibility, fraud, risk, or other reasons permitted by the applicable program terms. Removal may end future monetization eligibility. Legitimately earned and undisputed amounts remain subject to the applicable payment terms, thresholds, fraud review, lawful adjustments, offsets, and withholding requirements.

6.3 Re-Application

Creators removed from monetization programs may apply for reinstatement after a waiting period determined by GCS, depending on the reason for removal.

6A. Independent Relationship

Participation in a GCS creator monetization program does not by itself create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the creator and GCS. The actual legal relationship remains subject to applicable law and any separately executed agreement.

7. Intellectual Property in Monetization

7.1 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content, subject to the license granted in the Terms of Service. Participation in monetization programs does not transfer additional intellectual property rights to GCS beyond those in the TOS.

7.2 GCS Branding

Creators may not use GCS trademarks, logos, or branding in ways that suggest official endorsement, sponsorship, or employment by GCS without prior written approval.

8. Disclaimer

GCS does not guarantee any level of income, audience, or commercial success from participation in monetization programs. Revenue depends on content quality, audience engagement, advertiser demand, and other factors outside GCS’s control.

9. Changes

GCS may update these Rules as permitted by the Terms of Service, applicable program terms, and applicable law. Material changes affecting enrolled creators will be communicated as required by the applicable program terms or law.

GunClub.Social Age Verification & Identity Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy is referenced by the GunClub.Social Terms of Service and describes GCS age and identity verification practices. It is not a standalone user conduct code.

1. Purpose

GunClub.Social (“GCS”) is an age-restricted platform for users 18 and older. This Policy describes age and identity assurance methods GCS may use, when verification may be required, how verification information may be handled, and the choices or rights that may apply.

GCS may use reasonable age-assurance measures to enforce its 18+ eligibility requirement, protect users, prevent circumvention, manage fraud and safety risks, and comply with applicable law. The methods actually used may vary by user, feature, jurisdiction, risk level, and available verification technology.

2. When Verification May Be Required

GCS may require age and/or identity verification at any of the following points:

2.1 Account Lifecycle

  • Registration: Before or during account creation;
  • Post-registration: After account creation, based on risk signals or policy changes;
  • Re-verification: At periodic intervals, or when triggered by account changes, suspicious activity, or legal/regulatory requirements.

2.2 Feature Access

  • Before accessing age-sensitive content areas;
  • Before making purchases or engaging in commerce;
  • Before joining creator monetization programs;
  • Before accessing direct messaging or private communication features;
  • Before accessing live streaming or video features;
  • Before participating in events or promotions with age requirements.

2.3 Risk-Based Triggers

  • Inconsistent age signals (e.g., stated age conflicts with other account data);
  • Reports from other users suggesting underage access;
  • Behavioral patterns associated with underage use;
  • Fraud or identity theft indicators;
  • Law enforcement or regulatory requests.

3. Verification Methods

Depending on the circumstances and actual implementation, GCS may use one or more of the methods below directly or through qualified third-party providers. Listing a method here does not mean GCS uses that method for every user or retains the underlying information itself.

GCS may use one or more of the following methods, either directly or through qualified third-party verification providers:

3.1 Document-Based Verification

  • Submission and review of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID);
  • Document authenticity checks (security features, format validation, expiration);
  • Optical character recognition (OCR) for data extraction.

3.2 Biometric Verification

  • Selfie or video capture for liveness detection (confirming a real person, not a photo or deepfake);
  • Facial comparison between submitted ID document and selfie/video;
  • Age estimation technology based on facial analysis.

Note: If biometric processing is used for a verification flow, GCS does not use that information for ongoing surveillance or unrelated identification purposes. Biometric processing is subject to Sections 5 and 6 and any additional notice required by applicable law.

3.3 Database and Record Checks

  • Public records and database checks to confirm identity and age;
  • Credit bureau age-only checks (no credit score impact);
  • Voter registration or motor vehicle records where legally available.

3.4 Financial Instrument Verification

  • Payment card signals (card issuance requires minimum age);
  • Bank account verification;
  • Digital wallet verification where age data is available.

3.5 Third-Party Identity Providers

  • Single sign-on (SSO) with identity providers that perform age verification;
  • Digital identity wallets or credentials;
  • Other commercially available age-assurance technologies.

3.6 Knowledge-Based Verification

  • Questions based on information known to the individual (used as supplemental verification only).

4. Verification Process

4.1 User Experience

When verification is required:

  • GCS will provide notice that verification is required and, where appropriate and legally permitted, information about the applicable verification process;
  • You will be guided through the applicable verification steps;
  • Verification is typically completed within minutes for automated methods;
  • Manual review, if required, may take additional time depending on the verification method and circumstances;
  • You will be notified of the verification outcome.

4.2 Failure and Retry

If verification fails:

  • You may retry using the same or an alternative verification method (subject to limits);
  • GCS may restrict account access pending successful verification;
  • Repeated failures may result in account suspension or termination;
  • GCS is not liable for access restrictions resulting from verification requirements.

4.3 Accommodations

Users who cannot complete standard verification due to disability, lack of government ID, or other circumstances may contact accounts@intentmediagroup.com to discuss alternative verification options. GCS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate legitimate verification needs while maintaining age-assurance standards.

5. Verification Data Handling

5.1 Information Processed During Verification

Depending on the verification method actually used, verification may involve information such as date of birth, contact information, government-issued identification data, a selfie or liveness capture, verification results, fraud or risk signals, device information, or other information reasonably necessary to establish age or identity. GCS will not represent that it collects or retains a category of information unless that reflects the actual verification process.

5.2 Third-Party Verification Providers

GCS may use qualified third-party verification providers. Where practicable, GCS may receive only a verification result or limited risk signal rather than retaining raw identity documents or biometric data. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy notices and contractual obligations to GCS, subject to applicable law.

5.3 Retention

Verification information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including verification, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, subject to applicable law and GCS retention practices. Where a third-party provider controls retention of raw verification information, its applicable retention practices may also apply.

5.4 Security

GCS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of verification information. No security system can guarantee absolute security.

5.5 User Rights and Alternatives

Depending on applicable law and the verification method, users may have rights regarding access, deletion, correction, consent withdrawal, or alternative verification methods. Exercising certain choices may prevent GCS from completing a required verification and may limit access to the Platform or particular features.

6. Biometric Processing

GCS does not represent that biometric processing is used for every user or in every verification flow. If GCS or a verification provider uses technology that is regulated as biometric processing under applicable law, GCS will provide any notice and obtain any consent required for the specific processing, describe the purpose and applicable retention practices, and maintain required records where applicable.

Where legally required or reasonably feasible, GCS may offer a non-biometric verification alternative. GCS does not sell biometric information. General acceptance of this Policy is not intended to substitute for a separate consent where applicable law requires one.

7. Jurisdictional Requirements

Age-assurance, identity-verification, biometric, privacy, and minor-protection requirements vary by jurisdiction. GCS may apply different verification requirements, notices, consent mechanisms, or access restrictions where appropriate. GCS does not represent that every verification method is available in every jurisdiction or that technical access alone means GCS has intentionally launched a complete jurisdiction-specific compliance program there.

Where mandatory law applies to a particular verification activity, GCS will seek to comply with the requirements applicable to that activity and may provide additional notices or terms.

8. Re-Verification

GCS may require re-verification:

  • At periodic intervals (e.g., annually);
  • When suspicious activity is detected;
  • When laws or regulations change;
  • When verification technology is updated;
  • When the user’s account information changes materially.

Re-verification follows the same processes and data handling practices described in this Policy.

9. Changes

GCS may update this Policy as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, GCS will provide it as required.

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into the GunClub.Social Terms of Service.

1. Overview

GunClub.Social (“GCS”) respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This Policy describes our procedures for handling copyright complaints, trademark complaints, counter-notices, and repeat infringer treatment in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA,” 17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable intellectual property law.

2. Copyright Infringement — DMCA Procedures

2.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or used on GCS in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved);
  2. Identification of the infringing material on GCS, with sufficient information to locate it (e.g., URL or screenshot);
  3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner).

2.2 Where to Send Notices

DMCA takedown notices should be sent to:

Designated DMCA Agent:

accounts@intentmediagroup.com

Intent Media Group Incorporated

732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Email: accounts@intentmediagroup.com

Phone: 551-366-8300

2.3 GCS Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice:

  1. GCS will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  2. GCS will notify the user who posted the material of the takedown;
  3. GCS will provide the user with information about how to file a counter-notice;
  4. GCS will maintain records of the notice for legal compliance and repeat infringer tracking.

2.4 Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner, or GCS.

3. DMCA Counter-Notices

3.1 Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which GCS may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice or an agent of such person;
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3.2 Where to Send Counter-Notices

Counter-notices should be sent to the Designated DMCA Agent at the address listed in Section 2.2.

3.3 GCS Response

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice:

  1. GCS will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant;
  2. If the original complainant does not notify GCS within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, GCS will restore the removed material;

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

4.1 Policy

GCS maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

4.2 Repeat-Infringer Evaluation

GCS evaluates repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts based on the number and validity of infringement notices, the scope and severity of the conduct, retractions, counter-notices, repeated patterns, apparent willfulness, abuse of the complaint process, and other relevant circumstances.

A rigid numerical strike count does not create an entitlement to any particular outcome. GCS may act sooner in serious cases and may decline to count notices that are withdrawn, invalid, or successfully challenged where appropriate.

4.3 Counter-Notices and Retractions

GCS may consider valid counter-notices, retractions, and the outcome of related disputes when evaluating repeat-infringer status. Restoration of content after the statutory counter-notice process does not by itself determine the ultimate merits of a copyright dispute.

5. Trademark Complaints

5.1 Filing a Trademark Complaint

If you believe your trademark is being infringed on GCS (e.g., through counterfeit goods, brand impersonation, or confusing use of marks), you may submit a trademark complaint including:

  1. Identification of the trademark: Mark, registration number (if registered), and the goods/services covered;
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing content on GCS with sufficient information to locate it;
  3. Explanation of how the content infringes or violates your trademark rights;
  4. Your contact information and relationship to the trademark owner;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

5.2 Where to Send Trademark Complaints

Trademark complaints should be sent to:

Email: accounts@intentmediagroup.com

Mail: Intent Media Group Incorporated, Attn: IP Complaints, 732 S 6TH ST, STE R, Las Vegas, NV 89101

5.3 GCS Response

GCS will review trademark complaints and take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Removing or disabling the infringing content;
  • Notifying the user;
  • Suspending or terminating accounts involved in trademark infringement;
  • Requesting additional information from the complainant.

Trademark complaints are not subject to the DMCA counter-notice process, but affected users may contact GCS to dispute the complaint.

6. Other Intellectual Property Complaints

For intellectual property complaints that do not fall under copyright or trademark (e.g., trade secret misappropriation, right of publicity violations), contact accounts@intentmediagroup.com with details of the alleged infringement. GCS will review and respond as appropriate.

7. Scraping, Data Mining, and Model Training

7.1 Prohibited Without Authorization

Without GCS’s prior written consent, the following are prohibited:

  • Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic extraction of data from the Platform;
  • Use of GCS content or user data for machine learning model training, large language model training, or AI development;
  • Mirroring, republishing, or creating derivative databases from Platform content;
  • Use of bots or automated tools to collect content, user data, or metadata.

This prohibition is consistent with, and does not narrow, the machine-learning training prohibition in TOS §11.5. GCS does not acquire any right to use user content to train AI or ML models beyond what the Terms of Service expressly state.

7.2 Enforcement

GCS may employ technical measures to detect and prevent scraping and unauthorized data collection, and may take legal action against violators.

8. GCS Intellectual Property

8.1 GCS Ownership

GCS and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • The GCS name, logos, trademarks, and service marks;
  • Platform design, layout, and user interface;
  • Software, code, algorithms, and technical infrastructure;
  • Original content created by GCS.

8.2 Limited License

GCS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the Terms of Service. This license does not include any right to:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform technology;
  • Use GCS intellectual property for any purpose without written authorization.

9. Good Faith and Fair Use

GCS recognizes that copyright law includes fair use and other exceptions. We encourage copyright holders to consider whether the allegedly infringing use may constitute fair use before filing a DMCA notice. Similarly, we encourage users to understand the scope of fair use before relying on it as a defense.

10. Changes

GCS may update this Policy as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Changes do not alter statutory notice-and-counter-notice requirements that apply to a particular claim.

11. Contact

GunClub.Social Law Enforcement / Emergency Disclosure Guidelines

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

These Guidelines are referenced by the GunClub.Social Terms of Service and describe GCS practices. They are not a standalone user conduct code.

1. Purpose

These Guidelines describe how GunClub.Social (“GCS”) generally handles law-enforcement requests, emergency disclosures, preservation requests, and related legal process. They primarily describe GCS practices and do not create user conduct obligations or guarantee a particular response in every matter. GCS evaluates requests under the law applicable to the specific request and circumstances.

2. Types of Legal Requests

2.1 Government Subpoenas and Similar Process

GCS may respond to valid subpoenas by providing basic subscriber information, including:

  • Name (as provided at registration);
  • Email address;
  • Account creation date;
  • IP address logs (if available);
  • Account status.

Subpoenas generally do not compel disclosure of content data (posts, messages, photos, etc.) without additional legal process.

2.1A Private Civil Process

Requests issued in private civil litigation are evaluated separately from government demands. GCS may require valid process, appropriate jurisdiction, sufficient specificity, compliance with applicable privacy and communications law, and reasonable efforts to notify affected users where legally permitted and appropriate. GCS may object to, narrow, or decline legally insufficient requests.

2.2 Court Orders (18 U.S.C. § 2703(d))

With a valid court order issued under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(d) or equivalent state law, GCS may provide the information available under subpoena plus:

  • Connection logs and session information;
  • Transaction and commerce records;
  • Account activity metadata (login history, feature usage);
  • Header information for communications.

2.3 Search Warrants

With a valid search warrant issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, supported by probable cause, GCS may provide all information available, including:

  • All information available under subpoena and court order;
  • Content of communications (direct messages, posts, comments);
  • Photos, videos, and other media;
  • Draft or unpublished content;
  • Deleted content (if still available in backups within retention period);
  • Verification documents and identity information.

2.4 Wiretap Orders and Pen Register Orders

GCS will comply with valid wiretap orders and pen register/trap-and-trace orders as required by law.

2.5 National Security Requests

GCS may be compelled to provide information in response to National Security Letters (NSLs) or orders issued under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). GCS may be prohibited from disclosing the existence of such requests.

3. Requirements for Legal Requests

3.1 Validity

All legal requests must:

  • Be issued by a government entity with proper jurisdiction;
  • Identify the specific account(s) or user(s) at issue;
  • Specify the information sought;
  • Be properly served on GCS through the designated channels;
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements (e.g., probable cause for warrants).

3.2 Overly Broad Requests

GCS may object to or seek to narrow legal requests that are overly broad, unduly burdensome, or legally deficient. GCS may require legal process to be narrowed before producing responsive data.

3.3 Jurisdiction

GCS is based in the United States. We require requests from foreign law enforcement to be made through Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLAT), letters rogatory, or other mechanisms recognized by U.S. law, unless an applicable international agreement (e.g., CLOUD Act bilateral agreement) provides an alternative.

4. Emergency Disclosures

4.1 When We May Disclose Without Legal Process

GCS may voluntarily disclose user information to law enforcement without legal process when we have a good faith belief that an emergency involving:

  • Danger of death to any person; or
  • Serious physical injury to any person

requires immediate disclosure. This authority is provided by 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8) and (c)(4).

4.2 Emergency Request Requirements

Law enforcement agencies requesting emergency disclosure should:

  • Contact GCS at accounts@intentmediagroup.com / 551-366-8300;
  • Identify the requesting agency and officer;
  • Describe the emergency and the specific, immediate threat;
  • Specify the information needed and explain how it will help address the emergency;
  • Submit requests in writing (email is acceptable for emergencies) as soon as practicable.

4.3 GCS Review

GCS reviews all emergency requests individually to determine whether the circumstances meet the standard for voluntary disclosure. Not all emergency requests will result in disclosure.

5. Mandatory Reporting

5.1 CSAM / Child Exploitation

GCS is required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) to report apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) . Reports include:

  • The content at issue;
  • Available identifying information about the uploader;
  • IP addresses and timestamps;
  • Any other information required by law.

GCS reports CSAM to NCMEC promptly upon discovery. NCMEC may forward reports to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

5.2 Imminent Threats

GCS may proactively report to law enforcement when we become aware of credible, imminent threats to life or safety, including:

  • Threats of mass violence;
  • Threats against specific individuals;
  • Threats against public events or facilities;
  • Suicide threats with imminent risk.

6. Data Preservation

6.1 Preservation Requests

Law enforcement agencies may request that GCS preserve specific user data pending issuance of formal legal process. Preservation requests must:

  • Identify the specific account(s) or data to be preserved;
  • Be submitted by an authorized law enforcement officer;
  • Specify the legal process that will follow;
  • Be submitted in writing (email acceptable).

6.2 Preservation Period

GCS will preserve specified data for 90 days upon receipt of a valid preservation request. Preservation may be extended for an additional 90 days upon a renewed written request.

6.3 Scope

Preservation freezes a snapshot of the specified data as it exists at the time of the request. It does not produce the data to law enforcement — formal legal process is still required for disclosure.

7. User Notification

7.1 General Practice

GCS’s general practice is to provide notice to affected users of legal requests where legally permitted and appropriate, unless notice is prohibited by law or court order, could create a safety or security risk, could compromise an investigation, or another legally sufficient reason supports delayed or omitted notice.

7.2 Delayed Notice

Where notice is temporarily prohibited, GCS may provide notice after the restriction expires when legally permitted and appropriate. GCS does not guarantee notice in every matter.

8. International Requests

GCS evaluates foreign-government requests under applicable U.S. law, international agreements, and other legally recognized mechanisms. Depending on the jurisdiction and request, GCS may require use of an MLAT, letters rogatory, a CLOUD Act agreement, domestication, or another legally valid process. GCS does not promise a single procedure for every foreign request.

9. Cost Reimbursement

GCS may seek reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to legal process, as permitted by 18 U.S.C. § 2706. Emergency requests and CSAM reports are processed without charge.

10. Transparency

10.1 Transparency Reporting

GCS may publish periodic transparency reports disclosing aggregate information about:

  • Number and types of legal requests received;
  • Number of requests complied with;
  • Number of accounts affected;
  • Number of emergency disclosures made;
  • Number of CSAM reports filed;
  • Number of content removal requests.

10.2 Limitations

Transparency reports will not include information about specific requests, users, or investigations. Certain categories of requests (e.g., national security requests) may be subject to reporting restrictions.

  • The legal authority for the request;

GCS may update these Guidelines as its practices, applicable law, or legal-process requirements change. These Guidelines do not alter the legal standards governing a particular request.

GunClub.Social Community and Group Administration Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements the GunClub.Social Terms of Service and governs administration of Groups, official Communities, organization-affiliated Communities, partner Communities, and sponsored Communities on GCS.

1. Types of Community Spaces

GCS may offer user-created Groups and Communities associated with organizations, brands, clubs, ranges, creators, advocacy organizations, or other approved entities. GCS may use designations such as Official, Verified, Partner, or Sponsored to describe particular relationships or verification status.

2. Administrator Eligibility and Authority

  • Administrators must maintain an eligible GCS account in good standing and comply with applicable GCS policies.
  • A person claiming to administer a Community on behalf of an organization represents that they are authorized to act for that organization.
  • GCS may request reasonable evidence of authority, identity, employment, affiliation, trademark rights, or organizational approval.
  • GCS may deny, suspend, revoke, or transfer administrative control where authority cannot be established or is disputed.

3. Community Names, Handles, URLs, and Designations

Community names, handles, vanity URLs, badges, verification marks, and other Platform identifiers are licensed for use within GCS and remain subject to GCS control. Administrators do not acquire ownership rights in those Platform identifiers. GCS may reclaim, modify, reassign, or restrict identifiers to address impersonation, infringement, inactivity, organizational disputes, platform integrity, or other legitimate reasons.

An Official, Verified, Partner, or similar designation indicates only the status represented by GCS for that feature and does not constitute endorsement of every statement, product, policy, or activity of the associated person or organization.

4. Administrator and Moderator Responsibilities

Administrators and moderators must act in good faith, follow GCS-wide rules, avoid abuse of moderation tools, and accurately represent their authority. Community-specific rules may be stricter than GCS-wide rules but may not authorize conduct prohibited by the Terms of Service or other GCS policies.

Administrators and moderators are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of GCS merely because they hold those roles. They may not bind GCS or make commitments on GCS’s behalf without written authorization.

5. GCS Authority and Administration Changes

GCS retains ultimate authority over Platform access, moderation, identifiers, and Community administration. GCS may add, remove, replace, or reassign administrators or moderators where reasonably necessary because of inactivity, loss of organizational authority, ownership disputes, legal requirements, policy violations, security concerns, organizational changes, or platform integrity.

Where practicable, GCS may consider documentation from the organization or interested parties, but GCS is not required to adjudicate private ownership, employment, corporate, or trademark disputes beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform.

6. Content, Membership, and Data

Administrators do not own member accounts or user data merely because users join a Community. User Content remains governed by the Terms of Service. GCS may preserve content and records as permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law after a Community is suspended, transferred, or discontinued.

Community analytics, if offered, are provided for informational purposes and may change. GCS does not guarantee membership, growth, reach, engagement, analytics availability, or continued operation of any Community or Group.

7. Sponsored and Partner Communities

Sponsored, partner, or major organization Communities may be subject to a separate written agreement addressing commercial terms, branding, administration, sponsorship benefits, data access, or other relationship-specific matters. A signed agreement controls only to the extent of a direct conflict concerning its specific subject matter.

8. Dormancy, Suspension, and Termination

GCS may suspend or terminate a Community or Group, reclaim identifiers, or reassign administration where the space is inactive, abandoned, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with GCS policies or legitimate platform needs. GCS does not guarantee that a discontinued Community or its configuration can be restored.

9. Changes

GCS may update this Policy as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

GunClub.Social Directory, Listings, Reviews and Location Services Policy

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This Policy supplements the GunClub.Social Terms of Service and applies to directory listings, claimed Business Listings, reviews, maps, location-based search, and trip-planning features, if and when offered.

1. Directory Information Sources

GCS may populate directory information from public records, licensed databases, third-party providers, business submissions, user submissions, and other sources reasonably believed to be relevant. Information may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or outdated. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement by GCS.

2. Corrections and Claimed Business Listings

Businesses and organizations may request corrections to eligible listings or, where available, claim administrative control of a listing. A claimant represents that they are authorized to act for the applicable business or organization. GCS may request supporting documentation and may deny, revoke, transfer, or suspend listing control where authority is disputed or cannot reasonably be established.

GCS may correct, merge, remove, or modify listings to address duplication, obvious inaccuracies, legal concerns, policy violations, or platform integrity. GCS is not required to independently inspect every business or verify every data point.

3. No Business Verification or Endorsement Guarantee

Unless GCS expressly states otherwise for a specific verification program, a listing, claim approval, badge, or presence on GCS does not guarantee a third party’s licensing, qualifications, ownership, inventory, pricing, operating hours, services, safety, insurance, legal compliance, or continued operation. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Users may share genuine opinions and experiences, including negative reviews, subject to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Reviews must not be fabricated, deceptive, defamatory, or manipulated.

Prohibited review activity includes:

  • Fake or fabricated reviews or experiences;
  • Undisclosed reviews by owners, employees, agents, or other insiders where disclosure is required;
  • Competitor reviews intended to deceptively manipulate another business’s reputation;
  • Coordinated review manipulation or purchased fake reviews;
  • Review extortion or threats to post or remove a review in exchange for money, goods, services, or another improper benefit;
  • Incentives conditioned on a required positive or negative sentiment where prohibited by applicable law or GCS policy;
  • Retaliation, harassment, or improper pressure intended to suppress legitimate reviews.

Businesses may respond to reviews using available features but may not impersonate users or manipulate ratings.

5. Maps, Directions, and Location Services

Maps, coordinates, directions, distance estimates, location search, and similar features may rely on third-party data and may contain errors. Users are responsible for assessing road conditions, access restrictions, private property, closures, terrain, weather, safety, and other real-world conditions before traveling.

6. Hunting, Regulatory, and Trip-Planning Information

Information concerning hunting seasons, regulations, licenses, permits, public or private land, property boundaries, firearm laws, range requirements, or other legal or regulatory matters is provided for informational and planning purposes only and is not legal advice. Users must independently verify current requirements with the relevant government agency, landowner, range, business, or other authoritative source before acting.

7. Third-Party Links and Transactions

Directory or trip-planning features may link to independent third-party websites, government resources, merchants, ranges, outfitters, or other services. GCS is not a party to transactions or arrangements entered into with those third parties merely because GCS provides a listing or link. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply to those services.

8. User Safety and Offline Activity

GCS does not guarantee the identity, background, competency, safety, or conduct of users or third parties encountered through directory or trip-planning features. Users should exercise appropriate judgment and independently evaluate safety before meeting others, visiting locations, or participating in activities.

9. Changes

GCS may update this Policy as permitted by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

GunClub.Social Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery Removal Process

Version: 1.0

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

GCS prohibits covered nonconsensual intimate imagery, including qualifying real, digitally altered, or AI-generated intimate images or videos. This process provides a dedicated way to request removal of covered material under applicable law.

1. How to Submit a Request

Submit a removal request through accounts@intentmediagroup.com.

2. Who May Submit

A request may be submitted by the person depicted in the material or by another person legally authorized to act on that person’s behalf. GCS may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the requester’s identity or authority without requiring unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Information to Include

A request should include:

  • Sufficient information to identify and locate the material, such as a URL, post identifier, username, or screenshot;
  • A statement that the requester is the person depicted or is legally authorized to act for that person;
  • A statement that the intimate depiction was published without the depicted person’s consent or otherwise qualifies for removal under applicable law;
  • Contact information that GCS can use to communicate about the request;
  • Any additional statement or verification required by applicable law for a valid request.

4. GCS Review and Removal

GCS will review submitted requests promptly. When GCS receives a valid request covered by applicable law, GCS will remove the covered material within the legally required period. For requests governed by the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, GCS will remove the covered material and known identical copies within 48 hours of receiving a valid request, as required by that law.

GCS may also take additional enforcement action against accounts involved in prohibited distribution and may use reasonable technical measures to identify known identical copies where required by law and operationally available.

5. Emergency and Safety Situations

If the content involves an immediate threat, extortion, stalking, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, or other urgent danger, use the applicable in-product reporting tools and contact appropriate emergency services or law enforcement. Apparent child sexual abuse material is handled under GCS child-safety procedures and applicable mandatory reporting obligations.

6. Preservation and Legal Obligations

GCS may preserve records or copies where reasonably necessary for safety, evidence preservation, legal compliance, law-enforcement cooperation, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution, even when public access to the material is removed.

7. False or Abusive Requests

Knowingly false, fraudulent, retaliatory, or abusive removal requests may violate GCS policies and may be rejected or result in enforcement action where appropriate. This provision does not discourage good-faith requests.

8. Privacy

Information submitted through this process will be handled under the GCS Privacy Policy and used as reasonably necessary to review, process, document, and comply with the request and applicable law.

9. Changes

GCS may update this process to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or Platform procedures.
